SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We understand that the prompt delivery of your order is very important to you. We aim to ship in 1-2 days but this may vary at seasonal time, Christmas etc . . For any other country not listed please contact us for a delivery quote.

Please expect the following delivery times for your order to reach you:

Within Ireland: 2 to 3 days, 

Outside Ireland : 5 to 10 days

For international orders, shipping costs shown on your order do not include any duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by governments outside Ireland. These costs may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within the control of Airmid Natural IHandmade Skincare. Please note that the value of your order(s) will be listed on the outside of your package for customs purposes. At Airmid Skincare, we take the utmost care in packaging our products, particularly those which by nature are fragile or delicate. However should such an item be damaged upon receipt we will be responsible for the costs to refund or replace the damaged item only. Please contact us immediately if your package and its contents has been damaged in transit. Return shipping costs must be paid by the purchaser.

All orders are processed and delivered by An Post Courier Express Service and all packages must be signed for. We aim to ship in 2-3 days but can take longer at busy/holiday periods.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product up to 7 days after your order has been delivered. Please contact us on +353 (0)86 8674320 if you would like to return your purchase.

Note: Products should be returned in original, unopened packaging. Please enclose the invoice or a note giving your name, address, contact phone number and order number (from confirmation email). Refunds will be made in accordance with your original method of payment and will be made without undue delay.

If a product is damaged or faulty please contact us on +353 (0)86 8674320 Mon - Fri 10.00am-5pm GMT, and we will organise a replacement or refund. Please report any breakages or damage within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please send these products back to us within 14 working days of receiving them and we will offer you an exchange or a full refund. Postage on returned goods will be borne by you, unless we were at fault.

We recommend that customers get a "proof of posting certificate" from your postal service provider when sending a package back to us. Returned parcels are your responsibility until they arrive safely with us. Goods bought online cannot be returned to any Airmid Natural Handmade Skincare stockist.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

A contract will exist between you and Airmid Natural Handmade Skincare once Airmid Natural Handmade Skincare accepts your order by e-mail, confirming that your order has been dispatched. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Airmid Natural Handmade Skincare sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail.) The receipt by you of the order confirmation does not constitute Airmid Natural Handmade Skincare acceptance of the order. Prior to Airmid Natural Handmade Skincare acceptance of the order, verification of some information may be required. Airmid Natural Handmade Skincare reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order and prior to dispatch, to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation. The prices listed on the airmidsoap.com website for products will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price for the products on the website is wrong. In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to supplier pricing information or typographical error, Airmid Natural Handmade Skincare shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Airmid Natural Handmade Skincare shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Airmid Natural Handmade Skincare reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products offered on the website without incurring any obligation to you.
